The Murphy bed's dual piston mechanism allows it to be folded up and down smoothly in seconds, without the need for heavy lifting. The EuroSlat mattress support system enhances the sleeper's comfort and accommodates most standard Full-size mattresses, ranging from 8 to 10 inches in thickness and weighing between 60 to 90 pounds, with dimensions of 54 inches by 75 inches.

Transforming any room into a functional and spacious area is made easy with the wall bed. Simply pull on the handles and flip the support leg down onto the floor to set up the bed. When planning the space, it is recommended to allow a clearance of 30 to 36 inches around the open bed to facilitate easier access.

Crafted with quality materials, the wall bed is manufactured in North America using a combination of local and imported parts. Made from commercial-grade particle board with an attractive laminate finish, the wall bed complies with TSCA Title VI standards. It can support a maximum weight of 1,000 pounds, including the mattress, and requires a minimum wall height of 85.8 inches. When opened, the bed extends 87.3 inches from the wall, making it incompatible with futons and not requiring a box spring.

For safe and proper installation, it is recommended to use the services of a professional or qualified person who has knowledge of the wall structure, studs, and components. The wall bed can be attached to wood studs, metal studs, or masonry wall structures, with the latter requiring the use of concrete screws (not provided). Assembly is required and it is recommended to have three people assist in the process.
